Another leisure-only traveller here. As others have said, WT+ is pretty great, as I have no intention of flying TATL in Y (but will do so grudgingly on FI from LHR-KEF). MFUs, when available, are fabbo, and even the occasional paid-for J is worth doing a bit of extra slog at work.

BA's crews are professional and efficient, the food is edible, the drink is free and the overall experience is usually positive for me. I tend to allow masses of extra time if connecting through LHR to try to avoid the headaches that seem built in there, although I confess to having high hopes for T5 - can't wait to go on a trial there early next year.
