Glad to hear you got a response...even though it wasn't a great one. What can you expect from the TSA though? Yesterday I flew out of T2 and there were no lines at the checkpoint itself, but there was a backup of about 10 pax at the ID checkpoint. The moron checking IDs took a good minute for each person. And to top it off, on the desk, he had a little book about how to check IDs!!! I'd laugh if it weren't so sad...
