NW does give bonus EQMs in WP for these premium fares but not "banked" RDMs. It's akin to AA giving (in AAdvantage) only 100% EQMs but 150% EQPs.

A few years ago, my partner and I flew NW SEA-HNL and back in FC. MP would only give 25% bonus in her MP account which made her fall just short of requalifying (this was a 31 Dec. flight so no time to make up) while I got 100% in KL FD. She's moved to NW WP since and has cashed in most of her MP miles.
