The new car to terminal facility at T3
The Clubhouse
The seat
AVOD that works
Better timekeeping
The PJ's (fools)

though the food and crew on Virgin generally get a Oh, and VS are often cheaper.

BA really only gets positive marks for

More frequencies
Breadth of destinations
The occasional op-up
Zone R
The occasional stellar crew, and generally more consistence than VS's bar staff
Better food and wine

The timekeeping gets a slating, as do the baggage delays.
