I am new to FlyerTalk, and have already learned a lot reading back through the threads. This is a great forum.

I am HH Diamond, and will be staying at Doubletree Miami Biscayne Bay on a reward stay. Has anyone been to this hotel, or have any info? Is there still a chance of being upgraded even though we booked as a reward? The reviews online aren't the greatest, but many of the complaints I have seen would not apply to me. This will be a family stay with 2 young kids. Thanks.
