I'm probably one of the rare ones who've never had a major problem with BA.

Maybe my expectations are low () but I generally only buy WT+ fares and my op-up rate into CW is well over 50%. The lounges and dragons have always been nice (or at least pleasant) and the planes are comfortable. My luggage has never been lost (touch wood) and everything has always been ship-shape for me.

BA have a great network which goes everywhere I want to go. If you buy enough in advance, you can get good deals on WT+. That's why I stick with BA.
