As a sidenote, Loblaws or at least Real Canadian Superstore is now selling baguettes and loaves made with French flour. The texture is very moist and nice. Presumably made with very finely-milled soft wheat unlike Canadian hard wheat. Cost per baguette/loaf is $1.99/3.99 out west.
