On November 27, flight AC871 from Paris to Montreal carried a record onload of 27,170 kg, the heaviest cargo load to date on this route, operated with a B777-300. It’s interesting to note that out of those 27 tonnes, 20 tonnes were cheese!
Well the holidays are coming and a cheese plate is a must in some households ( at least in my family and friends) in addition to the desserts. Then everyone buys a gym subscription in the first week of January

Joke apart, I have at least 4 types in my pantry/fridge at any point in time. Sometimes a salad, some cheeses and a nice baguette makes a fast and nice meal when I don't know what to put on the dinner table.
