I am thinking I might want to bring general thank yous for the crew on my SFO-OGG trip on the 22nd (tis the season). What is a normal crew? Pilot, First Officer, Purser, 2 or 3 FA???

Yes the flight is on a 757, totally sold out for a 5 hour flight. But that is no surprise considering the day and destination booked.
