Im not so griping about it as so much as wanting to be able to reuse the ticket towards a new ticket... which NWA has said to me that I can.. but obviously the system isnt letting me.. and im getting more than tee'd off when I call and all they conjure up is ah oh uhm.... keep trying... and i say to them.. everytime i try to do something with it tells me to call the res. line... so thats why i am calling...
