Keep calling until you get an agent who can help you. Try to make it during the day in the USA when more experienced CS agents are working. Maybe that will help.
I know.. but after a while.. it keeps on getting to be annoying to mess around with this.. plus I want to reschedule the to use towards a ticket end of February into beginning of March ex... St. Cloud, Minnesota to Frankfurt, Germany....
