Hello folks..I don't want to sound disgruntled.. but heres a dilmena i've been having. I purchased a ticket for 8-Jan.-2007 LAX to MSP , but have since needed to change my schedule, thus the need to change the ticket. The agents were really rude to me even when I told them I was calling from Asia at like 2 am here on several occassion,, Every time I tried to change the date on my flights.. it wouldn't me. So the told me to cancel the ticket and then use the value of the ticket towards a new ticket. I am having horrible time trying to see when I can use it. Anything I put in keeps refusing.. all but when I reenter LAX-MSP on same days.. albeit a $50 change fee plus fare increase. I don't need this ticket for then anymore because I will be returning from Asia earlier than 8 January. I talked to them.. again from Asia at wierd hours.. and they told me simply to "keep trying" to use the value to a new ticket. NOTHING I GIVE IN LETS ME!! 1. THERE ARE NO CHANGES TO ORIGIN/DESTINATION/ STOPOVER POINTS/FLIGHTS/DATES.
2. ALL CONDITIONS OF THE NEW/REDUCED FARE MUST BE MET. THE ORIGINAL TICKET DATE OF ISSUE MAY NOT BE USED TO SATISFY THE ADVANCE RESERVATION/TICKETING REQUIREMENTS. THE BOOKING CODE OF THE NEW/REDUCED FARE MAY DIFFER FROM THE BOOKING CODE ON THE ORIGINAL TICKET.
THE PASSENGER WILL RECEIVE A NONREFUNDABLE MCO LESS A USD50.00 ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE FEE.
THE MCO CAN BE USED FOR FUTURE TRAVEL PURCHASE. THE MCO MUST BE EXCHANGED FOR A TICKET WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE MCO ISSUE DATE. CANCELLATIONS TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE. NOTE - 1.CUSTOMERS FIRST POLICY.

C. TICKET VALIDITY AND CANCELLATION FEE

2. ONCE THE TICKET BECOMES INVALID - THE FARE AND RELATED TAXES AND FEES WILL BE REFUNDED.
