Update on the Upgrade...

So I had booked via SPG an executive suite with points. Went down to the Duty Mgr and said that if I wanted to use the reserbation I had just made that he would give me a suite. I didn't want to use the points -- heck I'm eligible for the suite!!!!!!!

Just said no. Forget it. Keep what I have. About 5 hous later (about 9:00PM), he calls and says he can get me into an executve suite. So all in all, did get to an executve suite.

Bt, wow, has this hotel changed and gone down hill in the last 2 years....

Elevators have more than just wearand tear in them. Panels are loose and giggle when the elevator moves
