I personally think people make too big a deal out of what they perceive to be FA's inattention or laziness. After all, they're up there working their butts off while you're relaxing in relative comfort.
The vast majority of FAs I have encountered are professional, courteous, efficient and willing to do just about anything within reason to satisfy customer requests -- but also remember that especially in Y, they've got hundreds of people to deal with and sometimes not a whole lot of time to service them all.
Sometimes you get one having a bad day and feeling the stress of the job and having to put up with the arrogant, demanding jerk in 6C and the negative attitude will show itself. Don't take it personally that the water wasn't served at the optimal brewing temperature.
