In my case, I was going to buy a $250 AA gift card with my $250 SuperCertificate, but I couldn't enter the coupon since no billing information was necessary. To get around this, I selected the expensive shipping option, which made the cost more than $250 and allowed me to enter the coupon code. Then, on the final page, I changed the shipping back to free, but the coupon code stuck. I was successfully able to order a $250 AA gift card for $225 on my SuperCert.
