Good to hear! Though not as good as the former $0.95 total fee (and no redemption fees or shipping), but still $2 is not bad as long as you're purchasing a large enough amount.
I see the T&Cs/FAQs are still unchanged - hence the fees they are charging are inconsistent with their own T&Cs/FAQs - anyone called them and asked for an explanation? I may be tempted - I find myself on a CS warpath at the moment with various vendors/providers
