I've used the AA credit card that's tied to my husband's account and used my AA number. So far, the first order I made is showing as pending on my account. So I would assume you can use any mastercard (not even an AA one) and use any AA number. So when you reach the limit on one AA account, use another one.
same here I have used my MC to first credit to my AAdv account, then my daughter's and then my wife's. Each sale is showing against the AAdv number used - the MC number is irrelevant it seems.
