Now, if the IT department could fix the problem for those of us with a suffix in their name so that the message "This name does not match the Skymiles number you entered." I have been told the SkyMiles section has THREE FIELDS whereas the ticketing section only has two and theirfore adds the suffix "III" to the end of the last name. Then, the website does not allow for changing the last name when searching for credits or unused tickets.
Anyone else out there had difficulty with this? Makes it annoying to have to pay the phone charge and get the "Sir, you know you can do this online" comment when I actually cannot.
