Hey people,

I have a question:
Has anyone had experiences with claiming missing miles on Flying Blue if it was a paper ticket and I have travelled on partner airlines: MH and AZ

I know the procedure how to claim those miles.

BUT: Does anyone know how long they take to credit the missing miles to the FB account?

In addition to that:
Does anyone know if it is normal that it takes over 1 month for the miles flown on an MH flight to show up in the FB account?

I have travelled:
AZ MXP-FCO
MH FCO-KUL
MH KUL-SYD
(all of the above: over 1 month ago)
MH SYD-KUL
MH KUL-FCO
AZ FCO-MXP
(less than 1 week ago)

So far ONLY the KUL-SYD flight showed up in my account AND that was like 3 days ago!

Is this normal?
