Does this mean that if I apply for a Tom Thumbs Rewards Card and use it VONS (or vice-versa, enter my VONS club card number into the AA website) can I still earn miles for every $250 in purchases?
Anyone have info or prior experience?
I read your post and did the same thing for Chicago area stores (Dominick's).
I went to the Tom Thumb website, click on the Reward Card and read the T&C. Unfortunately, it appears that this is only valid at participating Tom Thumb, Flagship Tom Thumb or Simon David stores:
"Exclusively for Tom Thumb Reward Card Members - earn American Airlines AAdvantage miles every time you use your Tom Thumb Club Card at participating Tom Thumb, Flagship Tom Thumb or Simon David stores, starting January 1, 1998 through December 31, 2007. The program has changed effective July 1, 2004. The below terms and conditions reflect the current program."
