Well since the bus portion requires a paper ticket I couldn't use an e-ticket. Therefore I had to go to a CTO or UAL counter at origin destination to confirm itinerary and pay for ticket. Thank goodness I was headed to MCO last evening on one of those $130 fares so it wasn't such a hassle to get the ticket. After seeing the paper ticket, I've got it all worked out
