I'm ashamedly not always that meticulous going through my credit card statements. I've probably missed many errors over time...

I signed up for the MP Visa a year before I had any status w/ UA. I knew then that there was a $60 fee. I also recall reading that 2P/1P/1K members got their fee waived.

About a year ago I noticed the $60 fee on my account, so I called. I explained that I had status in the program, and that I thought there was no fee? They said that the fee was *$100* for the card -- and that my discount to $60 was based on status. Huh?

Spoke to a couple of different folks with the card company who gave consistent stories, so I gave up.
