Worst - Star Alliance airlines - they seem to hate crediting partner miles even if you try all possible avenues. Worst culprit is United.
miles from my air canada flights last month appeared in my thai airways rop account after only a few days without a hitch.
i suspect that the slowest miles to credit are those from partner airlines that are not part of the same alliance (and therefore don't need to have computer systems that talk to each other).
