Going by this: Domestic Lounges, the temporary CNS Domestics lounge has no showers available.

AFAIK, this temporary lounges uses the old Golden Wing area, seems surprising this did not have showers.
# Due to the development of a new Qantas Club lounge, members and eligible guests are invited to use this interim lounge. The new lounge is due to open at the end of 2008.
