I remember a few months ago, I got a call in the middle of day from my sister, who is second level elite on AAnother AAirline, stuck at some AAirport waiting for her delAAyed flight. First word from her: "Where's my plAAne"? She didn't ask the GA, she didn't call her AAirline, she knows better...
So, I got onto a couple of websites, and within a minute, found the ETA of her plane from another hub, and so on...
So, I do other airlines too, not just CO.
