Receiving calls on your mobile when abroad, or calls from abroad when in the UK, it also helps to have the number saved in your phone including the international prefix. That way you get the name of the person calling if they're in your phone.

e.g if the OFFICE calls me, that's what comes up just about everywhere I go abroad as I have the number saved as +44 xxxx xxxxxx rather than 0xxxx xxxxxx
