i find the gate signs cause havoc when they show boarding at a time and that time comes and goes and there is no boarding taking place. everyone crowds around the gate more than usual. otherwise, they are a very good idea. they give a lot of info and are helpful in that i dont have to ask about boarding, ug's, etc
