What also happens frequently however is the scenario where 1st has (really) checked in full, they never announce ANYTHING, then when asked they claim they did announce it. I see more frequently at LAX than any other sh*ttle station. </font>
The LA Sh*ttle area is a zoo. They did a nice job making the terminal bigger, but it is still a zoo. All those (oft delayed) flights to SFO. Somehow SFO's Sh*ttle area isn't as messed up - perhaps it's because they often board PDX and SEA flights down in the 70 gates.
