No ... domestically, United only serves warm meals on dinner flights. The OP was correct to assume similar catering as an ORD-LAX lunch flight .... salad with warm protein, sandwich, perhaps a salmon and shrimp plate, some sort of soup and fresh fruit as side dishes.
