Because last month NW issued me an e-ticket on CZ. CZ would not accept the e-ticket in SHA and made me pay for a paper ticket in order to board. Why don't you call NW WP directly then, explain what happened the last time, and ask them their advice.
Further, you can also call the Jet Airways call center in the USA: "1-877-uflyjet (1-877-835-9538)", and ask them whether they see your sectors, and whether the e-ticket is fine to travel.
