EPS When I mentioned web only, I meant tickets not available thru rez and the SIN inventory has lots of "fare rules" identified-but it is unclear that they are not available through rez. I just tried again to call and found the phone available fares to be over 200 USD higher than the fares available on UAL.COM.

For example, I was able to book a "Q" class fare to SHA through the phone rez but Q class fares are not available thru phone to SIN- only fares as low as H for that market.
