As for an improvement for the RCC, I say take a page from some of the USAirways clubs in which they sell sandwiches and salads at the bar. The sandwiches are substantial and sell for about $6.50. Salads are large, and I have seen them sell from $4.50 to $6.50.

THAT would be an enhancement!
