Stay as far front as you can on the AB side of the plane...because on the HK side of the plane, the lav in the back of that aisle is blocked by a mini work station. FAs will be there doing their work. A hassle to walk by them to get to the lav.
I am not sure what you're talking about. The lav at door 2R isn't blocked by anything.
The second cabin is to me way too unattractive ( never sat there, it's just my personal perception )...too close to the front of EY also. And I got the feeling that the cart service will go from the front and works its way towards the back of that business class bus !!!
I will not address your personal perception but your feeling about the cart service is simply incorrect. The two cabins are served seperately.
Think about the logistics : the FAs cannot start 2 cart services, one for the front cabin, one for the smaller 2nd cabin. And they don't have the man power to run trays back there when service starts. Makes sense?
Makes no sense at all. They can and do serve the two cabins seperately.
