Just called in. I asked for my e500s back and he put me on hold for about 5 minutes and said, "as a gesture of goodwill, we will recredit you 2 of your 3 e500 certs." I said, "Only 2?!?!" Then he said, "As a gesture of goodwill, we will recredit you all of your e500 certs."
