I flew from SEA to SIN via NRT last March and my SEA to NRT cleared well in advance but my NRT to SIN flight cleared several
minutes before departure. The RCC concierge made no attempt to collect any additional certs from me. To be on the safe side, you may wish to request that the original check-in agent document that certs were collected.
