1K-SFO, Congrats. BTW, I do not think that this is a "trick", and I am not at all reluctant to call and ask respectfully (for help clearing an upgrade). I've had very good luck with both near-term and long-term requests. It is my understanding that these Premier Customer Service folks like trying to help us out I could not imagine anyone not ringing up and asking for help clearing an upgrade. While it's fine to let the system do its thing I see no reason to avoid asking for a little human intervention.
