If you wind up bringing cash to exchange for euros, you will get a very good rate at any of the currency exchange places on rue Vivienne, near the Bourse. There are several of them, all with very competitive rates and no commission. They mostly deal in large amounts for businesses, which is why the rates are better than a booth at the airport. However, they are only open Monday through Friday during business hours.
