Cold chicken can be served on ex-Shuttle planes. I guess uniformity throughout the system helps.

I'm with the others re: better cold food. A hot meal isn't always necessary, and I would rather have decent meat and lettuce and tomatos or a good sandwich than the crap that they pass off as steak, chicken, short ribs, lamb, pasta and everything else.
