Some people don't like the second cabin due to possible close proximity to screaming babies in the first row of Y. Also, during boarding, Y class pax will be coming through that cabin limiting your ability to stand up and walk around the cabin during boarding.

I don't think there is anything wrong with rows 11-17. If it was me, I'd just take row 15.
