It was posted on the 1K site in the Spring.

We are pleased to inform you that effective March 11, 2007, United will be 
waiving additional fees.

You will not be charged for:

    * Issuance of a paper ticket
    * Australian ETA fee: a required Visa entrance fee for this country
    * Same-Day Confirmation fee; no charge for requesting a confirmed seat on 
       an earlier flight
    * In addition to the above, confirmed United First/Business customers will 
       not be charged for any travel documents that are faxed from United to the 
       recipient.

This is just another way to show you how very much we appreciate your loyalty 
to United.
