I had one of those E fares recently -- FRA-TXL roundtrip EUR 1 + EUR 112 taxes and fees. Can't quite imagine that those 112 don't partially go to LH in the form of fuel surcharges and other "fees". Orbitz, unfortunately, wouldn't break it down further.
Flights were early Nov. So far no mileage credit or response to the missing-credit online submission. Not a big deal since it's just 1000 RDM (EQM don't matter), but it would be nice if one could rely on the information on UA's website.
