I've been wrestling with the same decision. I can get the 4,500 miles I need for a ~$250 MR (plus gas, parking, food, etc), but there's also the question of what those 12-14 hours are worth to me (and my family), plus risking delays, a painful flight, etc. It depends on what the time and potential hassle is worth to you in addition to what other use you may have for your miles. In my case, I'll probably go for the Choices.
