There is no link, anywhere (at least I could not find one). The only proof that this card even exists is the printed offer CapitalOne sent me and the information in the corresponding online offer verification.

In fact, when I called CapitalOne to ask if there was another offer with a more expanded lounge access option, the agent told me they customize offers to such a degree that even they often cannot access details about them. I pulled the customary hang up and call back but the other agent I spoke with could not pull up any info on this card either (but he didnt even know what an airline lounge was). So far I am not impressed with their customer service so I may tear up the card and cancel when it arrives.
