Are you sure that NF is 0 and NC has seats Can you provide flight date? I can see many examples of NF having seats and NC sold out, but none the other way around. Possibly as a connection it shows up like that, but I can't find it as a local IAD-IAD booking.

My other question is how is that a connection? It appears to be a stopover as the connecting time > 4 hours.
