I have perhaps 3 experiences to request missing TravelClub credits.
First 2, happened earlier in the program (last year), what I need to tell was onepass number and confirmation number etc, and nerver required BP.

However, the last one happened recently (early October), the operator requested to send BPs. I told her I never needed to do so in the past, but she insisted to mail in. Thus I thought they have changed the process.
(I sent BPs, received credit a week or so later.)
