I bought my engagment ring at bluenile last year during the same promo. I had the same budget. And I wasn't dissapointed. However, like what the others have said, make sure to do your homework. Before I even bought anything I shop around a lot, and actually found that Bluenile was cheaper and offered more of a selection (bought a build it yourself Platinum ring with Ascher cut F @ 1.01K with 2 Ascher .51K and .50K D and E respectively side diamonds).

Got roughly over 70K miles, used my AAdvantage Citi card for payment too.
