. Usually, whenver I call DL (800-221-1212? or 2121? I always call the wrong one) it's after a long day at work, i.e. 8pm PT. Hence I always get stuck talking to someone in an Indian call center, and unfortunately I have found the service to be quite poor. There are linguistic barriers, and the fact that they have to put me on hold for 10 minutes to figure out how to input a NW FF#, and another 10 minutes to ask their supervisor if it's really OK to give me an exit seat on DL78. It drives me nuts. I would love to be talking to someone at ATL any day.
