How does one get a hold of a SSWU or NAU? And also, if I book a Latitude fare for, let's say, $700, the next day, it drops to $590. Will I get a refund or am I totally dreaming here?
Status frequent flyers (and some corporates maybe) will receive those certs (base on how many status miles they earned and the packages they chosen at the beginning of the period (next one will be March 2008 - Feb 2009))
Latitude fare should be eligible for full refund. If they can't do partial refund due to price change, you can ask them to refund whole ticket and buy it online with your new price.
