Darn.

Okay, that definately helps. I tried calling Air Canada and was on hold forever and never really got anywhere.

How does one get a hold of a SSWU or NAU? And also, if I book a Latitude fare for, let's say, $700, the next day, it drops to $590. Will I get a refund or am I totally dreaming here?
