"FIM" means "Fight Interruption Manifest." In the paper ticket days, you would receive a FIM if you were rerouted, most often if one segment became two segments.

I suppose in the endorsement line, if it says "No FIMS," it might mean that the ticket doesn't allow a FIM, though that really makes little sense to me.
